By accessing or using SharpStack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. SharpStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Digital Products
All products sold on SharpStack are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a personal-use license to use the product for your own projects and client work. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with third parties.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Razorpay. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support and we will assist you.
5. Affiliate Program
Participation in the SharpStack Affiliate Program is subject to approval. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their referral links. SharpStack reserves the right to modify commission rates, reject applications, or terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity, misleading promotion, or violation of these terms. Commission payouts are processed monthly.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, interfere with the operation of the Platform, impersonate another person, or engage in fraudulent affiliate activity including self-referrals or artificial click generation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on SharpStack, including product designs, text, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of SharpStack or its creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SharpStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or its products.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of SharpStack after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
